Ed Ellington has a management degree and comes from a corporate, commercial and management background, mixed with a strong interest in fitness.
Ed has enjoyed a lifetime of sports and physical activity and has been involved in football coaching from his teenage years, has coached top level youth club teams and national age group representative teams, played socially and is currently a referee.
With many years of sports and fitness coaching, and previously training as a group fitness instructor he realised he had a passion for health and fitness and wanted to share this with others. Completing a Fitness Qualification as well as training with and working alongside a top level trainer, he now has the knowledge and skills to help others become the champion of their fitness goals.
Mason Ellington has spent almost his entire life involved with football, playing club and representative level, coaching teams and in a club development role, before moving into a career in sports retails and then business operations and analysis for a major NZ retail chain.
His passion for fitness stems not only from his involvement in football, but his childhood filled with a variety of sports including badminton, touch rugby and netball, just to name a few! He also has a large amount of experience coaching at all ages and abilities, which have set him up nicely for a career in the fitness industry.
He is currently studying a Certificate in Advanced Personal Training. Ultimately, Mason wants to use his experience and knowledge to assist others in achieving their health and fitness goals, and make the rest of their lives, the best of their lives.
Stacie Ellington is an outgoing individual and an avid footballer, she has always had a huge passion for health and fitness so earlier this year decided to transform this passion into a career. Already having transformed her own life she decided why not help others to do the same?
Stacie is currently studying a Certificate in Advanced Personal Training and hopes to use her knowledge and personal experiences to help others improve their overall wellbeing and achieve their health and fitness goals.
