Fitness to me is never about finding the "end". There should never be a moment when you want to stop moving, playing, building strength or finding out what your body is capable of.
Since my early years I've always been active competing in various sports from netball & basketball to national levels for long distance running. I am now passionate about helping women understand the benefits of weight training and overall fitness while creating fun and challenging training sessions.
I'm all about finding the most sustainable ways to get you to where you want to go. I understand the pressures of day to day life, time and social occasions. As a qualified PT with a Diploma in Sports and Exercise Nutrition I have the abilities to help guide you to that balance.
