With over a decade of experience, Eru’s journey began as a young athlete competing in national basketball and athletics, but his path wasn’t always straightforward. After joining the RNZN, he failed his first fitness test—talk about a plot twist! From there, he found himself in the chef trade, and his love for fitness took off as he combined his culinary skills with training.
Eru’s approach is all about balance and sustainability—he believes in working smarter, not harder. Whether it’s strength training, HIIT, or nutrition, he tailors everything to fit each client's lifestyle, aiming for efficient and lasting results. For him, it’s all about simple, tasty food and effective workouts that fit seamlessly into everyday life.
Outside the gym, Eru is all about family time, outdoor adventures, and he's even training for his first Ironman! And when he’s not busy helping clients crush their goals, you might find him enjoying an almond croissant—because balance is key, right? 🥐
