Jacqui has been teaching group fitness for 17 years from spin to pump and anything in between and has a Bachelor of Physical Education from Otago University.
After having twins, she decided to add Pilates to her bow to help with postnatal recovery. She was worried about new mums rushing back to exercise and doing more damage and wanted to help mums rebuild their core and recover from pregnancy effectively.
Jacqui is passionate about keeping the body active and believes everyone from elite athletes to someone sedentary can benefit from Pilates which is why she now teaches classes for everyone. Technique is key to results.
Her favourite part of teaching fitness classes is watching the progress participants make over time and the way your body and mind feels after a good class.
