What sets Nandu apart is his positivity and passion for helping clients build sustainable, long-term habits. He believes fitness is more than just gym time—it's a lifestyle. With a background in mental health, Nandu also prioritizes a holistic approach to well-being, making sure you feel great both inside and outside the gym.

Outside of work, Nandu is a mental health lecturer, a foodie who loves cooking, and someone with a quirky sense of humor—he admits to having a soft spot for calcium dog chews!
