Meet Sophia, the friendly face you’ll find at our front desk a few hours each week!

When she’s not brightening up the gym, she’s busy acing her Bachelor of Business degree as a full-time student. 📚Outside of the gym and university life, Sophia is all about creativity and staying active. Whether she’s drawing, water coloring, or jamming out to her favorite tunes, she’s always in her artistic zone. 🎨🎧

And when it’s time to hit the court, she’s a netball enthusiast through and through, having played since primary school.
